1. F.R. 22(a)(i) Application: On completion of 6 years of unblemished service in the initial post, the employee is appointed to the Special Grade Post Scale and fixed at the next higher incremental stage in the higher scale.

2. Delegation of Sanction Powers (G.O.Ms. 8): MPDOs in rural areas and Municipal Commissioners in urban secretariats are the designated Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) empowered to issue formal sanction proceedings.

3. Arrears Claim in CFMS: Arrears from the date of completion of 6 years (2025-10-02) shall be drawn through CFMS HRMS module under Object Head 010 (Salaries) / 011 (Pay) after submission of DDO proceedings and Service Book entries.
