This No Objection Certificate is issued subject to the following statutory terms & conditions:

  1. The candidate shall attend the preliminary examination, mains examination, or interview solely at their own expense and no TA / DA or conveyance will be sanctioned by the Government.
  2. Prior written intimation and sanction of eligible casual leave / earned leave must be obtained before appearing for each stage of the examination without causing any disruption to the public delivery of citizen services at the Village / Ward Secretariat.
  3. Grant of this NOC confers no preferential right or claim for relief from government duty, study leave, or automatic lien on the present post unless sanctioned by the Appointing Authority in accordance with A.P. Fundamental Rules.
  4. In the event of selection to the applied post, the individual must submit formal resignation or application for relief through proper official channel after clearing all government dues and handover of charge.
  5. There are no disciplinary proceedings or departmental charges under Rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules pending against the individual as on this date.
